When will the Metairie showroom open?
Our Metairie, Louisiana showroom is on the horizon and not yet open — there is no announced opening date. Email us to get notified when it opens.
How can I shop with you before the showroom opens?

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We help turn your ideas into one-of-a-kind pieces with our design team — from concept sketches to the finished piece. Start a custom design inquiry.
Do you do jewelry repairs?
Yes — ring resizing, stone replacement, chain repair, and more. Every repair is handled with care by people who know fine jewelry. Request a repair estimate.
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Once the physical store opens, every item purchased there will include a Jewelers Mutual repair warranty in its price. It covers eligible repairs from wear and accidental damage; it does not cover loss or theft.
